1 pinch sugar
2 tbsp vinegar

Fresh parsley

1 tbsp salt

Peel  onion and garlic. Finely dice both. Clean, wash and dice the peppers.
Heat a pan and leave the bacon cubes crispy! Then add onions and garlic and crumble briefly. Then briefly fry the chili paste and add the paprika cubes, stir well and deglaze with vegetable stock and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
Season  paprika sauce with salt, sugar, vinegar, pepper and fenugreek. Wash parsley and basil and weigh finely! Drain the pasta and add the noodle water to the sauce and bring to the boil. Season with sour cream, parsley and basil.
Rinse 4 noodles briefly and mix well with the sauce!
Spread pasta on 4 plates, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and herbs and serve!
